Farleton Knott - Jan 2024

A crisp, frosty start to the day soon transformed into an atmospheric golden landscape.
It's a fairly easy little walk in south Cumbria that nestled in between the Lake District to the North West, the Yorkshire Dales to the West and the Forest of Bowland to the South.

Newbiggin Crags - Jan 2024

The crag is just a stones throw away from Farelton knott, again with walks suitable for most. The warm sun melted away the early morning frost and I was lucky enough to capture the rolling fog heading toward Lancaster.

I love this area. The view overlooking Lancaster, Morecambe and all the way through to Blackpool on a clear day is incredible.
