Refunds, Cancellations And Changes
As I manufacture to order, unfortunately I'm unable to cancel or make changes (including print selection and size) once your order has been placed. All sales are final.
Up and until your order has been dispatched, I can update your email and shipping address if required. As I aim to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for address changes need to be made within 3 days of the order.
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
I pride myself on the quality of my products, so if you receive a print from me which is faulty or damaged, I will replace it free of charge and without delay.
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact me immediately.
If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your print at info@altfocusphotography.co.uk and I will be happy to assist. If I require you to return the product, I will pay the cost of the return.
All prints should match the products portrayed on my website. If you are not satisfied with your print due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact me at info@altfocusphotography.co.uk so I can investigate further and arrange a reprint for you as a matter of priority.
Change Of Mind
I print to order for all purchases, so unfortunately I'm unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
Please take your time to select the perfect print for your space - or feel free to ask me for advice if you would like a second opinion!
Similarly, please ensure you measure carefully. A great trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print that you're considering and blue-tack it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space.
